What Is Concrete Leveling?
Concrete leveling (also called slab jacking) raises sunken concrete slabs back to their original height instead of tearing them out and pouring new. Small holes are drilled through the slab, a lifting material is pumped underneath to fill voids and raise the concrete, and the holes are patched.
The result: a level driveway, patio, sidewalk, or pool deck — typically completed in hours, not days, and usually costing far less than full replacement.
Mudjacking
A cement-based slurry is pumped beneath the slab to lift it. The budget-friendly choice for large areas like driveways. Holes are typically 1–2 inches across, and the surface usually needs 24–48 hours to cure before heavy use.
Polyurethane Foam Injection
High-density expanding foam lifts the slab with precision through penny-sized (⅝-inch) holes. Lightweight, waterproof, and ready for traffic in about 15–30 minutes. Ideal where appearance and speed matter.

Leveling vs. Replacement
Tearing out and re-pouring a driveway is disruptive and expensive — and in North Texas, new concrete poured over the same expansive clay soil can settle all over again. Leveling fixes the support problem underneath your existing slab.
Not every slab is a candidate — severely crumbled or shattered concrete may still need replacement. We'll tell you honestly which one you need. Common questions →
